Cemagi Townhouse

explores how thoughtful architecture can transform a compact footprint into a spacious, refined, and highly functional living environment. Designed for Bali's contemporary residential and investment market, the project uses a light material palette, clean lines, and an open-plan configuration to create a sense of airiness and continuity throughout the home. The signature white pool extends visually toward the architecture, creating a seamless relationship between floor, water, and ceiling while softening the boundary between interior and exterior. Large openings, natural light, and carefully framed views bring Bali's tropical character into the living spaces without compromising privacy. Every square meter is intentionally planned through multifunctional spaces, integrated storage, flexible furniture arrangements, and efficient circulation. The result is a compact townhouse that feels generous, visually distinctive, and practical for both everyday living and long-term rental or investment value.
